Three professional finishes:
Poster Print — sleek high-definition satin, ready for framing.
Canvas Standard Frame — modern look with a complementary block colour wrap on the edges (rather than wrapping the artwork itself round the frame, we sample the design's dominant colour and use that on the sides, so none of the design is lost).
Canvas Gallery Frame — deep-edge premium presentation, with the same block-colour wrap technique to preserve the full design on the front face.

🔗 #do-you-offer-bulk-or-trade-orders Will any of my design be lost around the edges of a canvas print?
Will any of my design be lost around the edges of a canvas print?
No. Our canvas prints use a "block colour wrap" technique to protect your design.
Standard canvas prints wrap the actual artwork around the wooden frame edges — meaning a portion of the design ends up hidden behind the sides of the canvas. We don't do this.
Instead, we sample the dominant colour from your chosen artwork and use that colour as a solid wrap on all four sides. The full square design sits on the front face of the canvas, completely intact, and the wrapped edges blend seamlessly into the artwork as a coloured frame border.
This works equally well for our Standard and Gallery canvas frames, and means what you see on screen is exactly what you receive on your wall.

What kind of photo should I upload?
The clearer your source photo, the better each era variant. Aim for:
• Clear, well-lit, in focus — no blur or extreme shadows
• Facing the camera (or three-quarter angle works)
• Plain or simple background ideally — we restyle the whole scene anyway, but cleaner inputs = cleaner outputs
• Higher resolution wherever possible — phone snaps in good light work fine
• Multiple people OK — just include a note about whether you want them all styled the same era or differently
🔗 #what-kind-of-photo-should-i-upload What are the two collections?
What are the two collections?
Back in Time offers two distinct era collections — you can buy either or both:
**Modern Decades** — six recent decades:
• 1950s — Post-war glamour, full skirts, soft colour palette
• 1960s — Mod fashion, bold patterns, bright pop colours
• 1970s — Disco glam, earthy tones, wide collars and flares
• 1980s — Neon, big hair, statement shoulders, MTV gloss
• 1990s — Grunge meets minimalism, film-grain colour cast
• 2000s — Low-rise denim, frosted tips, early-digital photography
**Historical Periods** — six classic eras:
• Roman — Togas, laurel wreaths, Roman empire grandeur (~AD 100)
• Medieval — Knights, courtly robes, castle settings (~1300s)
• Renaissance — Oil-painting portrait look (~1500s)
• Georgian — Regency-era empire-waist gowns, cravats (~1810s)
• Victorian — High collars, sepia photography (1837-1901)
• Edwardian — Titanic-era elegance (1901-1910)
🔗 #what-are-the-two-collections How does Back in Time actually work?
How does Back in Time actually work?
You upload one clear photo of your subject. We use that photo to generate era-appropriate versions of the same person — preserving their likeness while updating the fashion, hair, lighting, colour palette, and even the photographic style to match each era.
For example, your Victorian portrait will look like a genuine 1880s studio photograph (sepia, formal posing, period clothing). Your 1980s version will pop with neon, big hair, and that distinctive MTV-era colour grade.
The subject of the photo stays recognisably them — only the time period changes.
🔗 #how-does-back-in-time-actually-work How does pricing work for Back in Time?
How does pricing work for Back in Time?
Three digital options:
• **Modern Decades** — £14.99. All 6 modern era variants delivered as separate digital files.
• **Historical Periods** — £14.99. All 6 historical era variants delivered as separate digital files.
• **Both Collections** — £24.99. All 12 era variants. Saves £4.99 vs buying separately.
Want any era on your wall? Add prints (poster or canvas) at standard product prices — the £5 artwork fee is waived per print when you bundle with a digital collection.
Just want one era as a print? **Single Print** orders include the £5 artwork fee (from £14.99 total).
🔗 #how-does-pricing-work-for-back-in-time Can I order prints of eras from both collections?
Can I order prints of eras from both collections?
Yes. If you choose the **Both Collections + Prints** bundle path, you can pick any era from either collection for each print you add. Want your Victorian portrait as a canvas AND your 1970s version as a poster? No problem.
If you choose the Single Print path, you can also pick any era from either collection for that one print — the £5 artwork fee applies because you haven't paid for a digital bundle.

View service → What's the difference between the digital bundle and a single print?
What's the difference between the digital bundle and a single print?
The digital bundle gives you the digital file in every available style — for Cartoonify Me, that's all seven (Simpsons, Rick & Morty, South Park, Anime, 3D Pixar, Steampunk, Cyberpunk). It's a flat £14.99 and there's no physical product.
A single print is one physical poster or canvas in one chosen style, delivered to your address. The digital file for that one style is included. The price is the shop product price plus a £5 artwork creation fee.
Most people who want a print get better value with the bundle option — see below.
🔗 #whats-the-difference-between-the-digital-bundle-and-a-single-print Why is the bundle cheaper than buying separately?
Why is the bundle cheaper than buying separately?
When you order a print, the £5 artwork creation fee covers the work of making the digital file in your chosen style. If you've already paid for the digital bundle, that fee is already covered — so it's waived on every print you order in the same checkout.
Example: a single Poster Print Small standalone costs £14.99 (£9.99 product + £5 artwork). With the digital bundle, the same print costs £9.99 because the artwork fee is waived. So the bundle (£14.99) plus that print (£9.99) totals £24.98 — versus £29.98 if you bought them separately.
The savings stack. Order three prints with the bundle and you've saved £15 in artwork fees.
🔗 #why-is-the-bundle-cheaper-than-buying-separately Can I order a print after buying just the digital?
Can I order a print after buying just the digital?
Yes, but the £5 artwork fee waiver only applies at the original checkout. If you buy the digital bundle today and decide tomorrow you want a print, you'd be charged the full standalone print price (shop price + £5 artwork fee).
To get prints at the discounted price, choose the "Bundle + Prints" option at your first checkout and add every print you might want — the artwork fee is waived on all of them.

View service → What kind of drawing should I upload?
What kind of drawing should I upload?
Almost any drawing works — pencil, crayon, pen, paint, finger-painting, you name it. The key is getting a clear photo:
• Lay the drawing flat in good daylight
• Avoid shadows, glare, or your phone's flash
• Shoot straight down from above
• Get as close as you can while keeping the whole drawing in frame
A flatbed scan is the gold standard if you have one. Multiple drawings of the same character help us understand the personality better — feel free to mention it in the notes if you have others on file.
🔗 #what-kind-of-drawing-should-i-upload How does the animated film work?
How does the animated film work?
Your 30-second animated short uses your finished 3D character in their scene, then adds subtle cinematic motion — character animation, camera moves, environmental effects (light shifts, weather, atmosphere).
In the brief you can direct the scene action, mood, and music genre — or leave any of those to us. We handle the cinematography (camera moves, pacing, and timing) ourselves to make the short flow. We custom-generate the soundtrack for each piece — you won't get a stock track from a library, and you can't request a specific copyrighted song.
What animation can do beautifully: bring the character to life in their own world with cinematic motion and atmosphere.
What it can't do: lip-sync voiceover to character mouths, full feature-film-quality action sequences, or complex multi-character choreography. Set expectations toward "magical short" rather than Pixar.
🔗 #how-does-the-animated-film-work I don't know what scene, music or voice to pick — what happens?
I don't know what scene, music or voice to pick — what happens?
Every creative field on the brief has a "Leave it to you" option, and the scene description and voiceover script are both completely optional.
If you leave things to us, we'll bring the drawing to life based on what your child has put on the page. The character's personality, the colour palette, the energy — it's all there to read. Our job is to scale it up.
If you do want to direct things — "the dragon flies over the castle and breathes blue fire, with epic orchestral music" — we'll honour your direction precisely. Both routes get the same level of care.

Three base options to choose from:
• Digital still — £19.99. We transform the drawing into a cinematic 3D character in their own scene and deliver the digital file.
• Animation (music) — £79.99. A 30-second animated short with a custom soundtrack. Includes the digital still.
• Animation (music + voiceover) — £99.99. As above, with an AI-generated voiceover. Includes the digital still.
Want a physical version? Add prints (poster or canvas) to any of these orders. Prints are charged at our standard product prices — the £19.99 artwork fee is waived because the artwork is already paid for in the base order.
Standalone single print orders (no digital, no animation) include the £19.99 artwork fee.
🔗 #how-does-pricing-work-for-crayon-to-creation How do voiceovers work in the animation?
How do voiceovers work in the animation?
If you choose Animation with Voiceover (£99.99), you have two options for the script:
• Write it yourself — around 80 words for a 30-second piece, in your own voice.
• Leave it to us — we'll write a script that fits the drawing and the scene. Magical, narrated, child-friendly.
You pick the voice characteristics (warm female, young man, child narrator, custom — and more) and accent (British RP, Northern, American, Australian, others). Or leave both to us.
We use AI voice generation. The voiceover is mixed with the music and timed against the animation — but we don't lip-sync to character mouths.
If you have very specific direction (a particular pause, emphasis, or tone shift), include it in the voiceover notes — we'll do our best to match it.

What kind of photo can I upload?
The better your source photo, the better the restoration. In order of preference:
• A flatbed scan at 600dpi or higher — the gold standard
• A phone photo of the original, taken in even daylight with no flash glare
• An existing digital file you have on your phone or computer
If you're photographing an old print with your phone, lay it flat in good natural light, avoid shadows, and shoot directly from above. Multiple shots from different angles can help us if part of the photo is faded.
🔗 #what-kind-of-photo-can-i-upload What kind of damage can you fix?
What kind of damage can you fix?
Most common photo damage is repairable: tears, creases, scratches, fading, water spots, light leaks, mould, missing corners, and faded colour casts.
Significant damage (large missing areas of a face, severe physical destruction, very low-resolution source scans) means we have to reconstruct from what's there — the result will be a faithful restoration of recoverable detail, but areas we have to rebuild may not be perfectly identical to the original.
If you're unsure whether your photo is recoverable, get in touch first with a phone snap of the original — we'll tell you honestly what we can and can't do before you place an order.
🔗 #what-kind-of-damage-can-you-fix How does the colourisation work?
How does the colourisation work?
Colourisation is included in the £9.99 if you ask for it. We add historically appropriate colour to skin tones, clothing, hair, and surroundings based on the era and any context you provide.
If you know specific details — "my grandfather had red hair", "that dress was navy blue", "the curtains were green" — include them in the brief and we'll match them. Without that detail, we make plausible era-appropriate choices.
You can choose colourisation, no colourisation (clean B&W restoration only), or only colourisation (no damage to repair). All three options are the same £9.99 price.
🔗 #how-does-the-colourisation-work How does pricing work for Past Perfect?

If you want a physical print as well, just add it to your order. Prints are charged at our standard product prices with no additional artwork fee — the restoration work is already paid for in the £9.99.

• Front-facing or three-quarter angle — full-profile shots are harder to work with
• Higher resolution wherever possible — phone snaps in good light usually work
• Multiple photos can help if you have them — include alternate angles in the notes
You must have the photo legitimately — photos shared with you by the subject, group chat snaps, social media photos of people you actually know. We're making a prank for a friend, not a deepfake of a stranger.

• Content that depicts violence against the subject
• Defamatory scenarios involving real public figures (politicians, celebrities, etc.) used in ways that could harm their reputation
• Content depicting criminal acts
• Targeted harassment material — if it reads as bullying rather than a prank, we'll decline
• Anything involving minors in compromising scenarios
• Recreations of trademarked or copyrighted scenes
Before placing your order you'll be asked to confirm the prank is harmless and that you have the subject's photo legitimately. What animation can do beautifully: build the comic timing, sell the realism of the absurd scenario, deliver the reveal with cinematic weight.
What it can't do: lip-sync voiceover to the victim's mouth (the camera will cut away during dialogue), complex multi-character interactions, or recreate copyrighted media.

We work from a huge library of mainstream and well-known films across all eras — Hollywood classics, modern blockbusters, cult favourites, sci-fi, action, romance, comedy, drama. If it's a film you've heard of, there's a strong chance we can recreate it.
**More obscure choices** — independent films, very recent releases not yet widely distributed, foreign-language films with limited international release, or extremely niche titles — may not be in our library. If you've picked something we can't recreate, we'll get in touch before processing and offer a full refund.
If you're unsure whether your chosen film will work, drop us a note in the brief or contact us before ordering.
🔗 #which-films-can-i-choose-from Which character should I pick?
Which character should I pick?
You can pick any major or recognisable character from your chosen film. Common picks:
• The lead character (most popular — you become the hero/heroine of the story)
• The villain (great for action films)
• A supporting role you connect with personally
• An iconic minor character with memorable screen time
The character determines what costume, makeup, posing, and which scenes from the film we feature. If you pick a character who only appears briefly, we'll work within that — let us know in the brief if you'd prefer broader scene coverage even with a minor character.
Be specific: "Marty McFly" rather than "the main guy", "Princess Leia in the white gown" rather than "Princess Leia" if you want a specific look.
🔗 #which-character-should-i-pick Do I just get one scene, or multiple?
Do I just get one scene, or multiple?
For the **digital still** (£19.99) you receive a single hero image of you as your chosen character in the film's most iconic moment.
For the **animation versions** (£79.99 and £99.99), your 30-second sequence features you across a RANGE of scenes from the chosen film — typically 3–5 different moments stitched together cinematically. We pick the most recognisable, visually striking beats unless you direct us otherwise in the brief.
So animation gives you genuine breadth across the film, not just one moment in motion.
🔗 #do-i-just-get-one-scene-or-multiple What scenes won't you recreate?

• Scenes depicting graphic violence in detail
• Scenes involving minors in adult roles, sexualised contexts, or distressing situations
• Content from films where the IP holder is known to be actively litigious about AI recreations
• Content designed to deceive viewers into believing it's official film material
• Photorealistic likenesses of you AS a specific named actor (we depict you as the character, not as the actor in their exact likeness)

No. If you choose the voiceover option (£99.99), you get an AI-generated NARRATOR describing the scene in third person — like a movie trailer or behind-the-scenes feature. We do NOT impersonate the original actors' voices.
Voice rights are an active legal area. Major actors have voice protections that are enforced. So you'll get a polished narrator — movie trailer voice, documentary narrator, behind-the-scenes presenter, etc. — but not Mark Hamill, not Michael J. Fox, not Olivia Newton-John.
Similarly, we can't use the original film score in the soundtrack. We generate a custom track that matches the vibe of your chosen scene.

• Anniversary gift — couple as a romantic-drama poster
• Retirement / leaving gift — colleague immortalised as the star of their career

My photos are old and damaged. Will they still work?
Yes. We enhance and harmonise every photo before placing it in the collage or animation, so older or lower-quality photos sit naturally alongside newer ones. Fading, scratches, colour casts — all manageable as part of the process.
If you have a particularly damaged photo that you want fully restored as a separate deliverable, look at our Past Perfect service — that's purpose-built for full photo restoration with optional colourisation.
For Story Of Your Life, just upload what you have. We work with the available material.
🔗 #my-photos-are-old-and-damaged-will-they-still-work How many moments should I choose?
How many moments should I choose?
You can pick anywhere between 6 and 12 moments. The number drives both the collage layout AND the animation length, so:
• Fewer moments (6–7) = each moment gets more time and visual space. Better for short, punchy stories or where some moments are particularly significant.
• More moments (10–12) = a fuller life arc with quicker pacing. Better for biographical pieces covering many years.
• In the middle (8–9) gives a balanced mix of dwell time and breadth.
For each moment, give us the approximate year and a brief description ("1962 — born in Manchester / 1968 — first day at school / 1979 — wedding day"). One reference photo per moment is ideal, but we can work with what you have. Older or lower-quality photos are fine — we'll enhance them.
🔗 #how-many-moments-should-i-choose Can I leave the creative decisions to you?
Can I leave the creative decisions to you?
Yes — every creative field on the brief has a "Leave it to you" option, and the scene direction and voiceover script are both optional.
If you leave things to us, we'll structure the narrative based on your moment brief. The progression of years, the emotional arc, the visual style — it's all there in the photos and the moments you've described. Our job is to bring them together.
If you do want to direct things ("dwell on the wedding, hint at the loss in the closing moments, end on the grandchildren"), include it in the scene direction field and we'll honour it.
🔗 #can-i-leave-the-creative-decisions-to-you How long are the animated stories?
How long are the animated stories?
Up to 60 seconds. The exact length depends on how many moments you chose — but the final piece will never exceed 60 seconds.
For 6 moments at a slow, lingering pace, you'll get close to the full 60 seconds with each moment dwelling on screen. For 12 moments at a snappier pace, the same 60 seconds covers more ground. We handle the pacing to give each moment the right weight against the story arc you've described.
Length is fixed at 60 seconds maximum because we've found longer pieces start to lose emotional impact and feel like a slideshow rather than a story.

How does pricing work for Story Of Your Life?
Three base options:
• Digital Collage — £14.99. We arrange your 6–12 chosen moments into one beautifully composed image and deliver the digital file.
• Animated story (music) — £109.99. A cinematic animation of up to 60 seconds with a custom soundtrack. Includes the Digital Collage.
• Animated story (music + voiceover) — £139.99. As above, with an AI-generated voiceover drawn from your moment brief. Includes the Digital Collage.
Want it on the wall? Add prints (poster or canvas) to any of these orders. Prints are charged at our standard product prices — the £14.99 artwork fee is waived because the collage is already paid for in the base order.
Standalone single print orders include the £14.99 artwork fee.

What kind of photo should I upload?
The better your source photo, the more convincing the meeting. Aim for:
• Clear, well-lit, in focus — no blur or extreme shadows
• Facing the camera (or three-quarter angle works) — full profile shots are harder
• Full or half-body if you want a full standing shot in the scene
• Higher resolution wherever possible — phone snaps in good light usually work
Background doesn't matter — we replace it entirely with the chosen "meeting" scene. Clothing IS preserved in the final image, so if you'd prefer to look different (smarter, more casual, etc.), include that direction in your notes and use a photo of yourself in that style.
🔗 #what-kind-of-photo-should-i-upload How does the animated version work?
How does the animated version work?
Your 30-second animated short brings the still meeting to life with cinematic motion — character animation, camera moves, environmental detail (lights, crowd reactions, atmosphere).
In the brief you can direct the scene action, mood, and music genre — or leave any of those to us. We handle the cinematography (camera moves, pacing, and timing) ourselves to give the moment its weight. We custom-generate the soundtrack for each piece, so you won't get a stock track.
What animation can do beautifully: sell the realism of the encounter, capture the energy of the meeting, and create something that genuinely feels cinematic.
What it can't do: lip-sync the narrator's voice to the celebrity's mouth (we cut away during dialogue), recreate copyrighted scenes from real films, or generate hours of footage. The 30-second runtime is the right length for a memorable moment.

These images are fictional artistic recreations made for entertainment. We will not produce:
• Sexual, explicit, or nude content involving any real person
• Content involving celebrity children or any minors
• Defamatory scenarios that could harm the celebrity's reputation
• Anything depicting violence or criminal acts
• Content designed to deceive viewers into believing the encounter actually happened
• Content involving deceased public figures in distressing or undignified contexts
• Fake endorsements presented as real
Before placing your order you'll be asked to confirm the image is for personal entertainment only. We review every commission and reserve the right to refuse — if your concept crosses a line, we'll get in touch to discuss before processing, and offer a refund if it can't go ahead.

Three base options:
• Digital still — £19.99. A photorealistic image of the subject "meeting" your chosen celebrity, delivered as a digital file.
• Animation (music) — £79.99. A 30-second animated short with a custom soundtrack. Includes the digital still.
• Animation (music + voiceover) — £99.99. As above, with an AI-generated narrator describing the fictional meeting. Includes the digital still.

🔗 #how-does-pricing-work-for-the-day-i-met Will the celebrity actually "speak" in the animation?
Will the celebrity actually "speak" in the animation?
No. If you choose the voiceover option (£99.99), you get an AI-generated NARRATOR describing the fictional meeting in third person — not the celebrity's own voice.
Why? Voice rights are an active legal area. Major celebrities have voice protections that are enforced — we won't put words in their mouths, even fictionally.
The narrator can be a documentary voice, news anchor, sports commentator, movie trailer voice, storyteller, or reality TV narrator. Or describe a custom voice in the notes. The result feels like a "behind-the-scenes" or "this happened" framing without claiming the celebrity said anything.
🔗 #will-the-celebrity-actually-speak-in-the-animation How do voiceovers work in the animation?
How do voiceovers work in the animation?
If you choose Animation with Voiceover (£99.99), you have two options for the script:
• Write it yourself — around 80 words for a 30-second piece.
• Leave it to us — we'll write a third-person narration that frames the fictional meeting (documentary, news anchor, or storyteller styles all work well).
You pick the voice character (documentary narrator, news anchor, sports commentator, movie trailer voice, storyteller, reality TV narrator, or custom) and accent (British RP, Northern, American, Australian, and more). Or leave both to us.
We use AI voice generation. The voiceover is mixed with the music and timed against the animation — but we don't lip-sync to character mouths, and the celebrity will NEVER speak in their own voice (see our voice policy FAQ below).

How do the animated films work?
Your 30-second animated short uses your finished "missing moment" composite as its starting point, then adds subtle cinematic motion — gentle character animation, slow camera moves, soft environmental effects (snow, light shifts, ambient movement).
In your brief you tell us what should happen in those 30 seconds, the mood, and the music genre. We handle the cinematography — camera moves, pacing, and timing — to suit the moment. We custom-generate the soundtrack for each piece, so you won't get a stock track from a library, and you can't request a specific copyrighted song.
What animation can do beautifully: emotionally resonant, slow-paced moments where the missing person becomes part of the scene.
What it can't do: lip-syncing voiceover to character mouths, realistic full-body action, or complex multi-person interactions beyond a brief moment. Set your expectations toward cinematic memory rather than feature-film animation.

• Digital still — £19.99. We composite the missing person into your original photo and deliver the digital file.
• Animation (music) — £79.99. The same composited image, animated into a 30-second short with a custom soundtrack. Includes the digital still.

You can add physical prints to any of these orders. Prints are charged at our product price only — the £19.99 artwork creation fee is waived because you've already paid for it in the base order.
If you want just a print without any digital or animation order, the artwork fee is added on top of the print price.
🔗 #how-does-pricing-work-for-the-missing-moment What's the £19.99 artwork fee for?
What's the £19.99 artwork fee for?
The artwork fee covers the work of creating the missing-moment composite — researching reference photos, matching lighting and scale, blending the new person seamlessly into the original photo, and handling the back-and-forth on getting the likeness right.
It's charged once per order, not per print. If you're buying the Digital Still (£19.99) or Animation (£79.99/£99.99), the artwork fee is already covered by that base price — so any prints you add to the same order are charged at our standard product price only.
If you're buying a print ONLY (no digital, no animation), the £19.99 artwork fee is added on top of the print product price.

If you choose the Animation with Voiceover option (£99.99), you have two options for the script:
• Write it yourself — around 80 words for a 30-second piece, in your own voice.
• Leave it to us — we'll write a script that fits the moment and the mood you've described in the brief. Quiet, emotional, present-tense.
You also pick the voice characteristics (warm female, older male, etc.) and accent (British RP, Northern, American, Australian, and more). Or leave both to us.
We use AI voice generation. The voiceover is mixed with the music and timed against the animation so it feels natural — though we don't lip-sync to character mouths.
If you have very specific direction (a particular pause, emphasis, or tone shift), include it in the voiceover notes field — we'll do our best to match it. We currently don't offer customer-recorded voiceovers or human voice actors.

You tell us who the song is about and what should be referenced — names, dates, milestones, places, inside jokes, the emotional arc. The more specific your brief, the more personal the song.
You also pick a music genre (pop, rock, acoustic, country, rap and more — anything goes) and decide whether you want to provide a song title or leave that to us.
We then write custom lyrics built around your brief and produce the track in your chosen style. The finished song is delivered as MP3 + WAV via a secure download link — typically within 5-7 working days.

If you add a print to your order, you upload a photo as the background — a portrait, a landscape, a meaningful place, the recipient — anything you like. We then lay the song title and full lyrics over the top with typography that complements the photo.
Higher-resolution photos make for better prints. Both portrait and landscape photos work — we fit the layout to whichever print size you choose.
Prints are available in three sizes (12×8, 16×12, 24×16) and three finishes (poster, canvas standard, canvas gallery). All sizes share the same lyrics layout — so if you want the same piece on the wall AND on a desk, you only pay the £10 artwork fee once.

The song and the printed lyrics piece are two separate products:
• Custom song — £19.99. We generate a custom song in your chosen genre and deliver it as a high-quality MP3 and WAV file via secure download link.
• Lyrics print — £10 artwork fee + print product price. We lay your song title and lyrics over a photo of your choice and print it on poster or canvas in three sizes.
The £10 artwork fee is a ONE-TIME charge per order — if you want the same lyrics layout printed at multiple sizes (e.g. small poster for the desk, large canvas for the wall), the artwork fee is still only charged once.
Unlike some of our other services, ordering the song and a print at the same time does NOT waive the £10 artwork fee. The song production and the print artwork are different processes — both have real cost behind them.
